Mornings begin with the house open to the sea. The villa’s open-plan living and dining spaces include a fully equipped kitchen and floor-to-ceiling openings framing uninterrupted views across the Ionian Sea.
THE POOL
The terrace is designed around life outdoors, with a private heated infinity pool overlooking the Ionian Sea, generous sunbathing areas, an outdoor shower and a shaded dining space with BBQ.
From the first swim in the morning to dinner outside after sunset, this is where much of life at Noùs unfolds.

Noùs features three ensuite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

THE SURROUNDINGS
Set above Kalami Bay on Corfu’s north-east coast, Noùs is surrounded by olive groves, quiet coves and some of the island’s most beautiful coastline. Kalami is just below the villa, while Agni, Yaliskari, Kerasia and San Stefanos are all within easy reach by car or boat.
This part of Corfu is made for days on the water — swimming in secluded bays, arriving at waterfront tavernas by boat and exploring the coastline at your own pace.
