Q: Where is Noùs located?
A: Noùs is set above Kalami Bay on Corfu’s north-east coast, between the villages of Kentroma and Porta. The villa is approximately 27 km from Corfu Town and Corfu International Airport, with Kalami and the coastline below within easy reach by car.

Q: How many people can Noùs accommodate?
A: Noùs accommodates up to six guests across three ensuite bedrooms — two with queen-size beds and one twin bedroom that can be converted into a double.
Q: Is there a minimum night stay at Noùs?
A: Minimum stay requirements vary depending on the season and dates selected. Please check availability for your preferred dates to see the applicable minimum stay.
Q: Is Noùs child-friendly?
A: Yes. Families are warmly welcomed at Noùs, and a baby cot, high chair and child-safety essentials can be prepared in advance on request. As with any villa with a private pool, young children should be supervised at all times.
Q: Is there a parking space at Noùs?
A: Yes. Private parking is available within the villa grounds.
Q: Is there a car needed to move around the area?
A: A car is recommended for exploring Corfu's north-east coast. The final 700m to Noùs are unpaved, so we recommend a vehicle with good ground clearance. If you'd rather not drive every day, private transfers and drivers can also be arranged.
Q: Is the infinity pool heated?
A: Yes. The infinity pool can be heated on request for an additional charge. Pool heating is particularly recommended during the cooler months and should be arranged in advance of your stay.
*Please note that there is a super friendly cat around the premises. He will not, however, come close or enter the house unless encouraged to do so.
Q: What experiences can you arrange during our stay?
A: We can arrange a selection of private experiences around your stay, including boat days, private chefs, yoga and Pilates sessions, personal training, massage, babysitting and private transfers. All experiences are subject to availability and are best arranged in advance.
Q: Can you arrange airport transfers?
A: Yes. Private airport transfers can be arranged for both arrival and departure. For a more memorable start to your stay, a private sea arrival can also be arranged, followed by the short final journey to Noùs. Sea transfers are subject to weather and operating conditions and should be booked in advance.
Q: Is it better to book Noùs directly?
A: Booking directly through our website gives you access to our best available direct rate, along with personal booking support before and throughout your stay. You can check live availability and book securely online at any time.
Q: Is a damage deposit required?
A: Yes. A €300 fully refundable damage deposit is required and is returned within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred.
Q: Is smoking allowed at Noùs?
A: Noùs is a non-smoking villa. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Q: Is Noùs pet-friendly?
A: No, pets are not permitted at Noùs.
